What Are My Delivery Options?

In-Store Pickup (Same Day or Next Day)

We offer same-day and next-day Click & Collect options for all purchases. You can pick up your order daily from 8 AM to 8 PM GMT. Place your order online before 8 PM for free collection at any of our branches closest to you. During checkout, select the store location most convenient for you. Orders placed after 8 PM will be ready for collection the next day. You will receive a text message or a call when your order is ready for collection.

Local Delivery (Within Kumasi, Tamale Tema and Accra)

We provide same-day and next-day delivery services within Tema and Accra. Place your order before 8 PM to receive same-day delivery, subject to product availability. Orders placed after 8 PM or for products not immediately available will be delivered the next day. Notifications about dispatch will be sent via text message or phone call.

Standard Delivery (Deliveries Outside Kumasi, Tamale Tema and Accra)

For orders outside Kumasi, Tamale Tema and Accra, delivery is typically dispatched the next day, subject to availability. Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and charges depend on the size, weight of the package, and the delivery destination.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within two hours using our in-house delivery service. A flat rate of 30 GHC applies to deliveries within Kumasi, Tamale Tema and Accra. Overweight packages may incur additional charges.

All purchases made on our website are final, and no refunds will be issued.
